In their formal journal from the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs in their issue May 2014 the attached article was published. The journal i.a. is sent to all local communities in Finland and other authorities that work with environment and health questions, including wind turbines.
As far as I know this is the first critical analysis about possible adverse health effects of (big) wind turbines on their neighbors and how this knowledge should be implemented in the local planning procedures.
It deserves careful reading. Start with the conclusion. But there is a lot of other points in the text (p. 9, p 11 and other) that have been debated worldwide, so I propose you locally formulate an introduction, mainly based on the conclusion that draws most relevant words from the text covering your local (even continental) debates. Please spread widely to all our home pages, the press, authorities etc. Notice that the article clearly states that the now formal distance rules are all too short to avoid adverse health effects. And as they say (p. 9):
“If the facilitating of permit procedures proposed by the working group is understood so that impact assessments will be simplified, the consequence would most certainly be that wind power would be the most hated form of energy in the next few years”.

Der folgende Artikel wurde in der offiziellen Ausgabe der Zeitschrift des finnischen Ministeriums für Gesundheit und Soziales für Mai 2014 veröffentlicht.
Diese Zeitschrift wird u.a. an alle Gemeinden und anderen Behörden gesendet, die mit Umwelt-und Gesundheitsfragen, einschließlich dem Thema Windkraftanlagen befaßt sind.
Soweit mir bekannt ist, das ist die erste kritische Analyse über mögliche negative Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit durch (große) Windkraftanlagen auf die Anwohner, und darüber wie dieses Wissen in den lokalen Planungsverfahren umgestzt werden soll.
Es verdient eine sorgfältige Lektüre. Beginnen Sie mit dem Ergebnis.
Aber es gibt viele andere Stellen im Text (S. 9, S. 11 und andere), die weltweit diskutiert wurden. Ich schlage Ihnen vor, in der Einführung mit Bezug zu Ihrer Situation vor Ort, zunächst eine Zusammenfassung zum Ergebnis der Analyse zu formulieren. Dazu dann die wichtigsten Textpassagen einzubeziehen und diese auf Ihre regionalen und auch kontinentalen Debatten abzustimmen.
Bitte verbreiten Sie diese Informationen an alle unserer Homepages, die Medien, Behörden usw. !
Beachten Sie, dass in diesem Artikel eindeutig festgestellt wird, dass die z.Zt. formal festgelegten Abstandsregeln zu geringe Entfernungen zulassen, die gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen nicht vermeiden können.
Eindeutig ist auch das Zitat auf S. 9: "Wenn die Erleichterung der Genehmigungen (Red: für WKA) in den von der Arbeitsgruppe vorgeschlagenen Verfahren so verstanden wird, dass die Abschätzungen der Folgen vereinfacht werden (Red: z.B. wie in der BRD, wo die UVP schlicht umgamgen werden kann durch Reduzierung der Anzahl unter 19 Anlagen!), werde in Folge dessen die Windkraft die am meisten gehasste Form von Energiegewinnung in den nächsten Jahren. "

Dans leur revue officielle du ministère de la Santé et des Affaires sociales dans leur numéro de mai 2014, l’ article ci-joint a été publié. Le journal i.a. est envoyé à toutes les collectivités locales en Finlande et d'autres autorités qui travaillent avec l'environnement et la santé des questions, y compris les éoliennes.
Pour autant que je sache c'est la première analyse critique sur les possibles effets néfastes sur la santé de (grands) des éoliennes sur leurs voisins et comment cette connaissance doit être mis en œuvre dans les procédures de planification locale.
Il mérite une lecture attentive. Commencez par la conclusion. Mais il ya beaucoup d'autres points dans le texte (p. 9, p 11 et autres) qui ont été débattues dans le monde entier, donc je propose que vous formuliez localement une introduction, principalement basée sur la conclusion qui est l’extrait des e mots les plus pertinents de les titres de vos débats locaux (même ou nationaux).
